As we reach a milestone our founder only dreamed of when she launched in 2013, we wanted to reflect on our journey and success with you all.

In 2013 we set off with a dream to create a company that would be for a purpose that would create a positive workplace for staff, helping NFP’s, Charities, NDIS services & Government clients across Australia placing Social Workers, Counsellors, Nurses, Psychologists, Allied Health roles & Executive Management too. We have placed hundreds of people into jobs within Child Protection, Mental Health, Homelessness, Disability, Domestic Violence & more.

We also pride ourselves in our passion to give back to charities through business and have created a holistic approach to recruitment.

Our founder Kate Taylor says “ my heart is to be a profit for purpose business. We never wanted to be the biggest agency in the market but want to make an Impact and raise awareness for Social Justice issues through our business. I truly believe we can all make a difference in the world”.

We proudly support the following charities RUOK?, The Freedom Hub, A21 campaign & Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation and have proudly raised & donated over $45,000 to our charities to date and reached over 20,000 people raising awareness for these charities through our business.
