Since starting TaylorCare we have been acknowledged as an Australian Small Business Champion Award finalist in the new business category 2014 and an RCSA Corporate Social Responsibility award finalists in 2014 and 2015 for our effort with supporting charities through our business. Kate was also a finalist for the PEARL Emerging Leader award in 2015 & RCSA Rising Star Award Winner 2018. Winner for the RCSA Corporate Social Responsibility Award – 2018.
Corporate Social Responsibility focus
The TaylorCare Recruitment team is passionate about recruiting for care industries throughout Australia. They currently recruit for government departments and non-for-profits recruiting social workers, counsellors, psychologists, nurses and executive management throughout Australia. The founders of TaylorCare Recruitment, Kate and Ryan Taylor, decided at the genesis of the business to give back to the industries in which that they are recruiting. As a result, TaylorCare has committed 5 percent of profits to certain charities alongside hosting annual events promoting these chosen charities to the local community.
Kate Taylor, Founder of TaylorCare, has been selected to be a Community Ambassador to RUOK charity in 2018 and looks forward to the opportunity of speaking engagements within the industry but also in the corporate sector and schools, where she hopes to be a role model to those around her who have struggled with mental health.
