VincentCare’s new world-class Homeless Accommodation and Resource Centre in North Melbourne is leading the way in homelessness services with an integrated accommodation, health and wellbeing centre that supports people through their individual recovery journey.
The new Homeless Accommodation and Resource Centre provides a range of services from crisis accommodation, through to intensive case management and drop-in support across health, meals, and recreational activities.

A relevant tertiary qualification;
Experience working in, and knowledge of the homelessness and community services sector;
Demonstrated understanding of, and an ability to provide a high level assessment and support response to people experiencing homelessness;
Experience of delivering and supporting a high standard of staff supervision, mentoring and reflective practice (desired and preferred) ;
A broad understanding of relevant support and housing services/providers and other specialised services such as mental health;
A values-based and client focused approach to service delivery informed by a demonstrated commitment to social justice issues;
Demonstrated ability to effectively build, engage and maintain professional working relationships with people experiencing homelessness.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive salary package for
• SCHADS Level 6 $80,818 - $84,394 + super + leave loading and salary packaging
on offer for the successful applicant based on qualifications and experience.
