Reporting to the Hub Manager, this position plays a critical role in designing and delivering recovery focused health responses to a diverse range of people experiencing / at risk of homelessness, substance dependency and disadvantage. You will have a team of 20 staff with 4 direct reports across three locations in Melbourne.

Inner Melbourne Community Hub provides a range of accommodation and support services, including crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol case management, and adult outreach.

- BA in Social Work, Counselling & Psychology or equivalent
- Additional Qualifications in AOD desirable
- Experience and knowledge of the Victorian alcohol and other drug services sector
- Experience and knowledge of the homelessness sector
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary approaches to AOD treatment services, recovery, and harm minimisation
- Operational management experience including managing a rage of multidisciplinary services
- A comprehensive understanding of government policy, funding, and compliance requirements
