Recruitment International Awards night

TaylorCare Recruitment were honoured to attend the Recruitment International Awards on April 10th 2019. At the event we were overwhelmed to find out that we were a finalist for not one, but two awards. Best CSR Initiative 2019 & The Recruitment Industry Innovator of the year 2019. This is the first time we have entered into these awards and it was incredible to see over 400 recruiters in one room for the awards, all attending to celebrate over 26 categories on the night.

We sat on table eight with staff from Cox Purtell & Adzuna and it was with great anticipation, that we eagerly awaited the outcome from the two awards we were nominated for this year.

Jobadder sponsored the Best CSR Initiative which was perfect as we have used Jobadder for over 5 years as a business and find their CRM has been instrumental in our success to date. When they announced TaylorCare Recruitment as the Winners!!! Kate Taylor was both humbled and thrilled to accept the award.

Kate Taylor executed an amazing speech, sharing how after TaylorCare won the RCSA -CSR Award 2018 we didn’t want to see the win as the end goal, rather that we wanted to use this as a platform and network to raise awareness for the charities we support as a business.

Kate Taylor leveraged the win last year to set up an event for the Freedom Hub, which encouraged the recruitment industry to come together for a cause in Australia. We created and sponsored an annual day for the charity called Fivers 4 Survivors Day which will now be an annual event on the calendar for the Freedom Hub. Everyone can make a difference and its not just larger organisations that can do this. TaylorCare only has two fulltime staff and some casual staff, yet we have made a huge impact to the four charities that we support as a business. We are honoured that we get to be a huge role model to the recruitment network and winning this award showcases that winning isn’t the end goal, but only the start to making a bigger impact in the world around us.

TaylorCare Recruitment also were acknowledged for the innovative work we have completed by being a finalist for The Recruitment Industry Innovator of the year 2019. Being regognised for the innovative work we do for charity, but also for our new VIP Recruitment Platinum Package that we created and tailored to meet our clients needs.

We hope to use these awards to make a greater difference within the recruitment community both today and into the future.
